I was lucky enough to be raised on a farm in Huron County. Although technically the definition of the farm would be mixed farming, my parents became increasingly focused on raising and training horses while my father worked off the farm. I was riding horses before I could actually walk! Given that my parents farm backs onto Lake Huron and is surrounded by numerous forests or bush as we called it I was fortunate to be surrounded by relatively unspoiled nature by today's standards and unlimited riding trails.


I have lived in the London area for 37 years. During this time, I have graduated from Fanshawe College and the University of Western Ontario. While I attended the University Western Ontario I held a number of jobs as I was self-supporting for both college and university. During my tenure at the University I was involved with a martial arts club,(Kung Fu) and eventually became the main instructor.I have maintained my interest in physical fitness to this day . i.e. jogging,weights i.e. dead lifts etc.Having helped numerous friends and family with fitness and weight loss.Shortly after graduating from the University of Western Ontario I worked for the Ontario government for a number of years before becoming a Realtor.


During the time of my employment with the provincial government I was an active investor buying properties near UWO, or The University of Western Ontario renovating and renting them to students.


I have been a licensed realtor since 1990. I sold new homes for Condon Homes for 25 years As a professional realtor I have sold as mentioned above new homes for the Condon family and other builders as well-Being a farm boy originally, I have sold farms, as well as lake front recreational properties, campgrounds, multifamily units, various businesses, commercial properties such as strip plazas, apartment buildings ,development property, commercial leasing and of course, residential resale properties. I particularly enjoy working with first-time home buyers and seniors looking to transition to their next stage.
