About Bassam

Introducing our newest member Bassam Basit with expertise in property management & pre-construction investment. A graduate of Sheridan College with over a decade of sales experience in a variety of verticals, he brings a vibrant & passionate approach to his real estate practice.
Bassam loves solving his client's problems in all different kinds of transactions, and his clients rave about his professionalism & due diligence in their reviews.
Bassam Buys It is not just his motto, but his personal favorite thing in real estate as he loves the feeling of finding an eager First Time Home Buyer their dream home, or even negotiating for the perfect unit to add to a client's investment portfolio, having gone through the experience himself.
With roots in Mississauga but shoes in Oakville, he is local to the West end but practices all over the GTA & Ontario Surrounding. He is able to serve his clients in English, Urdu, & Hindi.
Outside of the industry, Bassam is an avid soccer lover, & sharpened his leadership skills captaining teams & commissioning local community soccer leagues. He still gives back to the community by acting as a board member of a local non-profit sports organization.
